THE METHOD:
ABOUT ME
I’m Khatia Todua and here are a few facts about me.
In 2015,  I graduated from the National University of Physical Education and Sport of Ukraine with a Master’s degree in Fitness and Recreation.
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 12 years.
I’ve organised 8  fitness tours to Georgia.
I’ve conducted over 7,000  personal and group training sessions.
I’ve completed more than 30 additional training courses to enhance my qualifications. These include studies in biomechanics, Pilates, 3D Fitness by Gray Institute®, and the Algorithm system.
